Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death & permanent disability for 1 in 3 Americans & a considerable challenge for primary care providers.  Science-based treatment & education are the best weapons in the fight against heart disease.  According to the American Heart Association, “an estimated 85.6 million people in the US are living with cardiovascular diseases, including heart attack, stroke, hypertension and chest pain & more than 515,000 Americans suffer a serious cardiovascular event annually”.

Target audience includes:  Physicians, PA’s, NP’s, RN’s, RT’s, EMS, pre-hospital, hospital chaplains, and all others working with the cardiovascular patient population.
