Payment

Education Center accepts the following forms of payment:

  1. DEBIT AND CREDIT: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
  2. CHECKS: Please make checks payable to CoxHealth.
  3. CASH: Cash payments made in person only please.
  4. OTHER: CoxHealth Payroll Deduction and General Ledger (GL) Transfer (employees only)

 

Education Center Class Cancellation Policy

All classes that are held by the Education Center at Cox North will be cancelled if the public school system nearest the class location has closed due to inclement weather conditions. For each class location:

  • Classes held in Springfield classes will be cancelled if Springfield Public Schools have closed due to inclement weather.
  • Classes held in Branson/Hollister classes will be cancelled if Branson Public School AND/OR Hollister Public School have been closed due to inclement weather.
  • Monett classes will be cancelled if Monett School District has been closed due to inclement weather.

Determination of cancellation of classes that are in progress (i.e., class has started and weather conditions have become unfavorable) will be based off local school closures at the class’s location.Participants are advised to check local media for school closures. Participants will receive confirmation of class cancellation via telephone prior to the start of the class.

 

Life Support and Specialty Courses Refund Policy

Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the course will be entitled to a full refund. After this time, a $25 processing fee per event day will be withheld. No refunds will be made after the program begins.

In the event the Education Center cancels or reschedules a course, participants are entitled to a full refund or the participant may transfer registration to the next scheduled activity.

Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card in which the payment was received. If the payment was made in cash or check, the refund will be provided within 4-6 weeks in the form of a check and mailed to the address obtained at the time of registration.

 

Conferences and Certification Prep Courses Refund Policy

Cancellations received by the date listed on the registration form will be entitled to a full refund. A processing fee may be withheld as indicated on the registration form for cancellations, based on the date the cancellation was received. No refunds will be made for cancellations received the day of the activity.

In the event Education Center cancels or reschedules a course, participants are entitled to a full refund or the participant may transfer registration to the next scheduled activity.

CoxHealth is not responsible for travel, hotel, booking fees, or other cancellation fees for registrants when an activity is cancelled.

Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card in which the payment was received. If the payment was made in cash or check, the refund will be provided within 4-6 weeks in the form of a check and mailed to the address obtained at the time of registration.

All refunds must be received in writing via email or by calling the Education Center.
