It’s my belief the Cox College Dietetic Internship program gave me an edge in the realm of clinical nutrition. This edge led me to obtain a job at a local hospital even before I graduated.
Adam Pruett, Director of Health and Wellness2008 MNDI Graduate
The students here do not see me as a woman of color, but strictly because they value what I have to say. That has changed everything. I wake up every morning somewhere where I want to be. I feel like it is another opportunity to be with people I enjoy being around without cultural challenges.
