Withdraw from Courses or College
If you would like to withdraw from courses—or withdraw from Cox College completely—please contact Jill Latimer, Registrar.
If a student wishes to withdraw from the college, he or she must complete the Student Withdrawal form. The form must be fully completed and turned in to the Registration Office.
Notice regarding the closure of Cox College.
Students should use the current process outlined below to request Cox College transcripts. After the closure of Cox College in May 2027, transcripts will be housed and managed by Parchment. More information about this process will be provided as it becomes available.
