Cox College is no longer admitting students and plans to cease operations at the end of Summer 2027 to allow current students to finish their intended plan of study.

Cox Health, in partnership with Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC), Missouri State University (MSU), and Springfield Public Schools (SPS), has recently formed the Alliance for Healthcare Education.
